After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to the timid town of Miles County where he targets a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night.. Scenes shot in the "Terrifier" haunted house were filmed in a real haunted house called Fright Factory in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Art's favorite acid is fluoroantimonic acid, which he has in a clear glass bottle.

three minutes to secure a "Not under 18" rating (this was necessary since the guidelines for video releases are more strict than for theatrical releases). Basically every violent scene was trimmed to tone down the violence. The 4K Ultra-HD Blu-ray Mediabook releases by Nameless Media are completely uncut and were given a light SPIO/JK approval..

The attempt at creating a background story turns out to be totally laughable by the end. Have not seen a two hour long slasher thriller before this.However, the kills are so extreme that they would make your hair stand on end. The amount of blood spilled and mass torn is at the highest end of gore spectrum.At a budget of less than a million and a collection of almost 3 million, this seems to be a winning formula for the studio.Makes for an unpleasant, yet truly memorable, watch because of the inventiveness of cruelty.
