It is a prism of infinite possibilities, where a single choice can branch into infinite realities, creating alternate worlds to the ones you know. I like the Watcher. I am your guide through these vast new realities. Follow me and ponder the question… “What if?” After the Marvel logo appears, it transitions to an animated form in the series’ art style. Edited in Marvel Legends: Guardians of the Multiverse (2023). Now that the first season has concluded, I can confidently say that this series has exceeded my expectations. It uses witty scripts and detailed animation to give fans the service they’ve been waiting for and more. Each episode is quite varied, so there are many different storylines and you never know how it’s going to go or what characters will show up. The show wastes no time explaining the Marvel Cinematic Universe and gets right to the point of the storylines, and also starts merging storylines without warning. This is for fans, not casual viewers! However, the variety of episodes also means that the quality and tone also varies quite drastically. The short runtime means that many events and battles are cut short. A lot of care has been taken to make everything canon and coherent, but there are still some gaps and each character’s power/ability seems to have been designed around the needs of the plot.
